The flowers in the arrangement were just as shown in the pic on the web site. They VERY pretty. However.... the arrangement on the web shows a cute smiley face balloon. A balloon was not included with my purchase. I wasn't aware I had to purchase the balloon separately. I would recommend making this clear when ordering the Smiley arrangements so that others aren't disappointed by the omission in the future.
